The Evolve Portal allows Digital Academy students, parents, and guardians to access information regarding attendance, school schedule, and more! It also allows them to make changes to their demographic information.
The username will be based on the primary contact for the student. The username will follow this pattern: P.FirstnameLastname (ex. P.JohnSmith). The password will be the password of the youngest student enrolled when you first came to TRECA.
To get the latest updates on TRECA Summer School, please subscribe to our mailing list. When completing a PandaDoc, please ensure your document fully submits. To know it has done so, a green "thank you" will pop up along with the option to download a PDF copy of your document.
The Evolve Portal is for both students and parents. The portal allows users to track grades, report absences, view schedules, update contact information, and more. There are many more features on the way!
Upon successful login, you should see a message asking you to link students to your account.
A helpful feature of Evolve is the ability for parents or guardians to log the time that their students spend performing school-related activities.
To begin, log into your Evolve Parent Portal account via the Evolve Portal sign in page.
Once logged in, if you have multiple students in your account, be sure to select the correct student at the top. Then, select the Schedule button in the bottom right.
Select the Home icon at the top right-hand side of your screen, to go back to the homepage.
