Meetings for 2021-22

TPO Meetings will be held in the Kranze Room. Reminders will be in Notes from the Quad. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Alumni and Development Support

Volunteers provide event support for the Golden T Classic golf tournament, reunion events, and Fleur-de-lis Cup tennis tournament.

Auction

Assist with the biennial gala and auction (February 2023). Planning will start during the 2021-22 school year.

Social Chairs

Middle school parents will be a part of a grade specific social committee to plan and host parent coffees, parent happy hours, and outside-of-school social events for students.

Authorfest

Help support Young Adult Literature by volunteering to assist with the organization of this community event that hosts over 30 visiting authors and 450 attendees. Volunteers are needed during the planning and promoting stages of this event, as well as with the actual event. (February 4, 2022)

Trinity Appreciation

Provide refreshments for two faculty and staff luncheons. Help plan and host teacher appreciation week.

Exam Snacks

Serve drinks and snacks during mid-term and final exams for students in grades 7 through 12.
