How do I contact UISD for additional support with online registration?

For additional online support or if you have any questions regarding Online Registration, please email onlineregistrationsupport@uisd.net. Provide your full name, telephone number and a brief description of the support needed. You may also call 956-473-6349 - Office of Admissions – Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What is the parent portal?

The Parent Portal is a useful tool for parents and guardians to stay informed and engaged in their child’s education. This breakthrough technology is designed to provide parents with the most current information about their child’s activities at school, which in turn, helps them direct their children in areas that require improvement.

What information can I view in the student portal?

You can view information like: Student Online Registration, Attendance, Grades, Student Schedule, Health, Notification Preferences, Send Email, Student Details and Assignments If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device.

What is United Independent School District?

Parents may also contact their child’s school for more information or resources as well as pose a question to “Ask the Experts” and you will receive an e-mail providing you with guidance or information in response to your question. The Parental Involvement Dept. is always updating the resources and tools available.
