What do I have access to in the parent portal?

For example, if you were a student at the University you will have access to your student records and other data, including the Parent Portal. If your only role (thus far) is that of a parent of a UNF student who has authorized you to view information, you will only have access to the Parent Portal.

What is a Parent Portal account?

Students are able to establish Parent Portal accounts for individuals and grant access to the students financial account, financial aid award and/or final grades. Access is authorized by the student for each portal account holder.

How do parents login to the parent portal in Webcat?

Students begin the process by choosing Add/Manage Users under the Parent Portal option in Webcat. Parents will receive email with temporary password and activation instructions. Once activated, parents can log in to the Parent Portal through the button below.

Students

You can access your billing information only through U-Online. If you have not already done so, be sure to activate your accounts to access this information.

Parents and Other Authorized Users

Once you are granted access, go to www.une.edu/myUNEbill to log in and manage your student's bill.

Bills

We mail bills for mandatory charges according to your semester start date. Please refer to U-Online for your most up-to-date billing information. Any additional charges, deposits, and fines you may incur are billed monthly. You can access your most current billing information by following the instructions below under Methods of Payment: ONLINE.

Payment Arrangements

The financial aid offered to you by UNE counts toward your payment arrangements. You may also find you need to seek additional loans and scholarships. As long as all disbursement requirements are met, your funds will pay out to your UNE account. Any outstanding balance may be paid using one or more of the methods of payment detailed below.

Refunds

If the amount of money applied to your account exceeds your charges, you will receive a refund. Student refunds can only be issued after loans disburse (payout) to your account.
