Students can use the Parent Portal to share pieces of their WCU record with parents and others. Permission to view student information is fully controlled by the student. The student is the only person who can grant others access to view their information.
DU family members are encouraged to join our Parents and Families Portal for the latest University news, events, and access to important campus deadlines. This online portal is the best way to stay involved with your student and Duquesne.
Through the Parent/Guest Portal, a student at California University of Pennsylvania can provide parents or other trusted "guests" with access to his/her University records, such as financial aid and billing information, grades and transfer credit details. The student also may give permission for a parent or guest to make payments through this portal.
Read answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the Parent/Guest Portal. Further questions about the portal may be directed to family@calu.edu or 724-938-4361.
In addition, Cal U students can use the Parent/Guest Portal to establish a FERPA passphrase, which the parent or guest must use to confirm his/her identity when calling a University office regarding the student's records.
Because student rights are protected under FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, a student may restrict the information that a parent or guest is able to access and revoke access at any time. Read more about FERPA.
