What are the features of the parent portal?

Middle School/High School: Student Demographics, Progress Reports, Assessments, Schedules, Attendance Records, Bus Routes, Course Requests (HS Only) Web-based in it’s communication, Parent Portal allows you access to your student’s profile via the internet anytime, anywhere.

Apply for an account

Please fill in and print the Parent Portal Login Request Form (PDF). Submit it to the office at your child’s school. You will be notified via email when your account has been set up and receive instructions on how to access the portal.

Once you have been notified your account has been created, log into SchoolTool Parent Portal.

SchoolTool Mobile App

Parent Portal has a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. With this app, parents or legal guardians who have Parent Portal accounts and students in grades 5-12 can view information about current schedules, attendance, assignments, grades and discipline. Update your email

To avoid confusion and to ensure that you receive news of any changes to our SchoolTool system, please be certain that your Parent Portal email account matches the email you have on file at the school. Email the Parent Portal of any changes to your email account as soon as possible.
