Congratulations to Mrs. Leal, Dr. Gomez, North Elementary, and Lucas Elementary students and staff. Both North and Lucas Elementary were nominated as High Achieving Blue Ribbon Schools. Before this posting from the Texas Education Agency, only 17 campuses in the Valley had ever attained this national nomination.
