The Parent Portal is a great way for parents/guardians to stay connected to their student's grades, attendance, assessments, and important announcements. Parent Portal accounts are available for all students enrolled with Volusia County Schools and are easy to set up.

Volusia County Schools LEA will collaborate with schools and the community to increase parent and family engagement in our student's education.
Title I is a federal aid program that provides funds to help students succeed academically. These funds are used to help students meet the state's high standards, particularly in the areas of reading, mathematics, science, and writing.
Volusia County Schools in partnership with community resources share information with families ranging from curriculum, health, legal, housing, emergency responders, technology, early childhood to post-secondary education, and more. The exhibitors and workshops are set up in a middle or high school gym.
The Parents-to-Kids (PTK) program is offered in English and Spanish to students and families in grades K-2 and grades 3-5 to promote reading and literacy skills at home. During this program, families will learn strategies to practice at home with their children. Title I provides the funding for books, supplies, teachers, and childcare personnel.
