Watchung Pediatrics provides personal access to your family's medical records though our Patient Portal making access to health records easier than ever. Although this tool is designed to be a convenient resource for our patients, it should not take the place of any important communications about your care.

Student's WHRHS Email Address and Network/Google Password are located on the Summary page of the parent's Parent Access account. This information can be used to log into the student's Parent Access account, district email, and the WHRHS network.

What is Genesis Student Information System?

The Genesis Student information System (SIS) is where you can access schedules, grades, attendance info, letters, consent agreements, etc. Separate Genesis access accounts are provided to the listed primary parent/guardian and the student. How many parents can access a school account?

There is only one parent access account per family (household) and one for each student. Parents please share login user names and passwords between you but not with your child (ren). Parents who do not reside together each will have their own account.

How to find class attendance in Valley View?

If your child is in Valley View and has separate courses, Class Attendance shows you their attendance for each separate subject. You must click the 'Class Attendance' tab to find this information . (This will not be active until we return to an all in-person schedule)

Why is it important to close your Genesis browser?

In this era of Internet access, it is important to always properly close your sessions so that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to your information. This applies not only to Genesis, but to every Internet/Web application you use.

How many sub-sections are there in attendance?

Attendance has two sub-sections: Daily Attendance and Class Attendance.

What is the default screen for student data?

The default screen upon logging in is the Student Data > Summary screen. You will see a 'summary' for every student linked to your login.

How many sections are there in the Home section?

The Home section has 2 sections: Message Center and Alerts.

When to click Save All Changes?

Remember to click the "Save All Changes" button whenever you add or modify information.
