What is the PowerSchool Parent and student portal?

Washington County Public Schools is proud to announce the release of the PowerSchool Parent and Student Portal. The Parent and Student Portal will allow you to view your child's grades, attendance, teacher comments, and calendars in real-time on our website. Middle and High School students can login to monitor their grades and assignments.

How do I enroll my child in Williamson County Schools?

The Williamson County School Board establishes school zones for the district. To enroll your child in one of our schools, complete the forms on the Online Enrollment/Registration page and visit your child’s zoned school. School start and end times are for the 2021 – 2022 school year.

Is WCS accepting applications for 2022-23?

THANK YOU! In the News... WCS is currently accepting applications for the 2022-23 school year. The required Annual Education Reports are available for public viewing. Additionally, hard copies of individual school letters may be viewed in each school’s main office and a hard copy of the district letter may be viewed at the Administration Building.

How do I get access to focus Parent Portal?

You may also use his/her SSN as an option, although not required. Click here. You must also complete and sign the "Request for Focus Parent Portal Access" form and return it to your child's school.

FORGOT MY PASSWORD

You must know your Username, which is the email address you registered with. Click here.

REQUEST A "NEW" PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT

You must have a valid email address, your child's Date of Birth, and your child's Local Student ID. You may also use his/her SSN as an option, although not required. Click here.

REQUEST FOR "FOCUS PARENT PORTAL" ACCESS

You must also complete and sign the "Request for Focus Parent Portal Access" form and return it to your child's school. You may also add your other children during this registration process. It is only necessary to return one Access form but each child must be listed at the bottom of the form. Click here.

ADD A CHILD TO YOUR EXISTING PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT

You must have your child's Local Student ID, or SSN, and Date of Birth. Click here.
