Access to the Parent Portal can be gained from home, work, public library, or anywhere an internet connection can be established. The Parent Portal is a free service to our district families.

Enrollment packets for 2021-2022 WOW preschool programs will be available online beginning January 26, 2021, and will be accepted until February 12, 2021. Applications for GSRP can be completed online through Help Me Grow Ottawa.

In order to submit claims for School-Based Services reimbursement, the following types of records may be required: first name, last name, middle name, address, date of birth, student ID, Medicaid ID, disability, service dates and the type of services delivered.
In 2013, the regulations regarding Medicaid parental consent for School-Based Services changed. Prior to accessing a child’s public benefits or insurance for the first time, and annually thereafter, school districts must provide parents/guardians written notification.
No – IEP services are provided to students while they are at school at NO cost to the parent/guardian.

Waukazoo Elementary School. Waukazoo Elementary provides many options and programs for all YK – 5 students. Parents of Waukazoo Elementary students also have access to school and student information through the district’s online Parent Portal. Specifically, Waukazoo Elementary offers before and after school care, through the YMCA, at Panther Place.
Waukazoo is such a great school! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The teachers strive to not only teach students but to make them the best versions of themselves that they can be! The community that they have created is truly a big family. I cannot imagine my student going anywhere else!
