First you must get an activation key. You will need your child's date of birth and social security number. Activation Key for Parent Portal Write down your activation key and follow the on-screen instructions to create a username and password to access the Parent Portal. Keep your login information confidential!
Once logged in, an index of accessible information for the household as a whole is listed in the navigation pane located on the left hand side of the screen. Sign Out and Home buttons appear in the top right corner of the screen, with the Name of the individual logged into the Portal appearing next to these buttons.
