Call the number on your EBT card to activate it and establish a PIN, just like setting up a regular debit card. Your card will look like the image to the right.
If any individual ever requests your MyWIChildCare card and/or PIN information, do not provide it. Contact the Bureau of Program Integrity at DCFMBCHILDCAREFRAUD@wisconsin.gov (link sends email) to report the incident for investigation.
