Can my child take online courses at WVU?

These courses can be taken completely online, on WVU's Main Campus, or during the school day as dual credit options in participating high schools. Additionally, HS ACCESS will provide a support network for your child whether they take courses online or in their high school.

What is WVU HS access early college?

The High School ACCESS Early College Program enables your son or daughter to reach their academic goals quicker and cheaper by taking West Virginia University courses at a reduced tuition while they are still in high school. We want diverse and motivated students from all over the country to begin their exciting journeys with WVU HS ACCESS.

Can I make cash payments at the WVU hub?

Cash payments cannot be accepted at the WVU Hub. Starting August 1, 2021, students and families can make in-person payments Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Evansdale Crossing building.

How much does it cost to enroll at WVU?

Online Payment Methods

Paying your bill online is the fastest and easiest way to take care of payment. Instructions outlining how to make an online payment, view charges, and grant Authorized User access are available on our Tutorials page.

Tuition Payment Plan

WVU offers an interest-free monthly payment plan to help you manage your budget by making smaller payments over a longer period. The earlier you sign up, the more time you'll have to pay and the smaller your monthly payments will be. There is a $35 enrollment fee per semester.

Checks, money orders, or certified bank checks - paid to the order of WVU or West Virginia University - should include the student's name and WVU ID number and can be mailed to:
