As a student or employee, your class schedules, transcripts, e-bills, class registration, housing requests, records, pay stubs, tax paperwork, and more are in YCPWeb. You'll retain access after your graduation or end of employment.
MyYCP is the portal to your campus applications and announcements. Sign into my.ycp.edu with your YCP username and password. Please uninstall Survey Junkie if it causes issues signing into my.ycp.edu. When you visit my.ycp.edu, these are the applications you may see, depending on your roll.
Note: Your message sends to the YCP email address of each class member. This is a limited option; for a more comprehensive way to email and communicate with your class, please use Canvas. Select Faculty & Advisors > Summary Class List.
Start Date and Stop Date allow you to limit when your proxy has access. Select the Authorization tab. Select the boxes beside the items that you want your proxy to access. Your proxy will receive an email with further instructions . Select the Communication tab to see the proxy status.
If you select the tab with your student's name, but the item you want to access is not listed, then it is up to your student to authorize your access to any such items.

Note: If you still don't see your student's name in a tab after this, then your student may need to update the Start Date or Stop Date on their side.
Students must first set up access, then their proxies can complete the process.
